Warranty Coverage

Standard Warranty

All iCashewTech equipment comes with a comprehensive 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material failures under normal use
  • Mechanical failures during proper operation

Our warranty demonstrates our confidence in the quality and durability of our cashew processing equipment.

What’s Covered

During the warranty period, iCashewTech will provide:

  • Replacement parts for defective components
  • Technical support via phone, email, and video consultation
  • Remote diagnostic assistance
  • Repair instructions and documentation

For critical issues that cannot be resolved remotely, we may arrange for:

  • On-site technical support (travel and accommodation costs may apply)

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper installation or use
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (cutting blades, belts, etc.)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage from environmental factors (flooding, fire, etc.)
  • Improper maintenance or neglect
  • Electrical damage due to power surges or incorrect power supply
  • Shipping damage (covered under shipping insurance)

Maintenance Requirements

To maintain warranty validity, equipment must receive:

  • Regular maintenance as specified in the user manual
  • Use of authorized replacement parts
  • Adherence to operational guidelines
  • Prompt reporting of any issues or concerns

Return Policy

Payment Returns

In the event that we are unable to deliver your ordered equipment:

  • 100% refund of your payment will be processed
  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days
  • Original payment method will be used for refund

No Physical Returns

Please note that due to the specialized nature of our equipment:

  • Physical returns of delivered equipment are not accepted
  • All sales are final once equipment is shipped
  • Warranty service is provided for any issues or defects

Shipping Damage Claims

If equipment arrives damaged:

  1. Document damage with photos immediately upon receipt
  2. Note damage on delivery documentation
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of arrival of goods.
  4. Shipping insurance will cover repair or replacement
