Who Are We
OUTTURN manufactures cashew nut cutting machines at our factory in
Binh Phuoc, Vietnam — one of the world’s largest cashew processing
regions. We are not a trading company sourcing machines from third
parties. We design, build, test, and ship every machine ourselves,
from a facility surrounded by the processing plants our machines
actually run in.
Our range covers 2-head through 12-head horizontal rotary cutting
configurations, all running on a single 0.75 kW motor. Every
configuration ships factory-direct, with immediate spare parts
availability and technical support from the team that built the machine.
Our Mission
To give cashew processors anywhere in the world access to
factory-quality cutting machines at factory-direct prices — with
the spare parts, technical knowledge, and after-sales support that
keep those machines running profitably for the full life of the
equipment. We believe the gap between a machine on the factory floor
in Binh Phuoc and a processor in West Africa or South Asia should
be a logistics question, not a pricing or knowledge barrier.

Enquire
Tell us your daily RCN volume, origin, and shift configuration.
We recommend the right head count and configuration for your
specific throughput requirement — not the most expensive option.
02.
Quote
Factory-direct pricing with full specification: machine model,
throughput range, motor spec, freight options, and lead time.
No hidden costs. No distribution mark-up.
03.
Manufacture
Your machine is built at our Binh Phuoc factory to OUTTURN
specification. Every component is sourced, machined, or
assembled in-house. Build time for standard configurations
is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation.
04.
Test
Before shipment, every machine goes through an extended dry
run and a real-product trial with RCN. Whole kernel rate is
measured and documented. The machine does not ship until
it passes.
05.
Ship
Factory-direct freight to your port or facility. We handle
export documentation, packing, and freight coordination.
Standard transit: 10–18 days to West Africa, 7–14 days
to India and East Africa.
06.
Support
Installation guidance, commissioning support via video call,
spare parts on demand from factory stock, and direct access
to the OUTTURN technical team. Not a ticket system.

distributor, or dealer taking a margin between our factory
floor and your processing plant.
Every critical wear item — blades, cups, blade assembly sets,
brushes, cam followers, bearings, motors — is stocked at the
factory. Orders dispatch within 48 hours. Your season does not
stop waiting for a part.
Our factory is in Binh Phuoc, Vietnam — one of the world’s
highest-volume cashew processing regions. We build machines for
the same RCN grades, shell profiles, and operating conditions
that our customers run. That is a different kind of expertise
than a machine built far from the industry.
Every machine — new or refurbished — is trialled with real RCN
before it ships. Whole kernel rate is measured and documented.
The test result travels with the machine. You know what you
are getting before it arrives.
2-head through 12-head, all on a single 0.75 kW motor. The
rotary mechanism scales throughput by multiplying cutting
stations, not motor power — which is why OUTTURN machines
deliver the lowest kWh per 100 kg of any comparable
configuration.
We are actively building our dealer network across West Africa,
